Shiba Inu Ecosystem Updates: Shibarium Nears Contract Peak, Shiba Eternity Enhances Gameplay

Published: 10.09.2024 by Noirbull
The Shiba Inu ecosystem has released new updates on its Shibarium blockchain and Shiba Eternity gaming project. Lucie, the ecosystem’s marketing lead, shared these developments on X.

Shibarium Update:
Shibarium is nearing a three-month peak in the number of deployed smart contracts, with 34 contracts deployed on September 5, just shy of the three-month high of 36 set on July 25. This uptick in developer activity follows the recent launch of the Shiba Inu Developer Portal (ShibDev), which aims to facilitate development on Shibarium. As of now, Shibarium has a total of 17,653 smart contracts.

Shiba Eternity Update:
The Shiba Eternity gaming team has rolled out significant updates, including bug fixes and UI improvements. Issues such as loading screen glitches and card interaction problems have been addressed, and new leaderboards and rewards have been introduced to enhance the gaming experience. The Web3 version of Shiba Eternity, currently in beta, was initially available to LEASH stakers and has since expanded to holders of Shiba Inu-related NFTs. There is no set date for the open beta release to the general public.
