India's refiners are declining to accept Russian crude transported by tankers owned by PJSC Sovcomflot, citing U.S. sanctions.

Earlier this week, sources familiar with the matter revealed that Reliance Industries (RELIANCE1!), the operator of the world's largest refining complex in India, has decided not to purchase Russian oil carried on tankers operated by Sovcomflot (SCF) following recent U.S. sanctions.
