Webull Launches Crypto Trading in Australia After U.S. Relaunch

Published: 27.08.2025

Trading platform Webull has introduced cryptocurrency services in Australia just days after restarting its offering in the United States. The platform now supports trading in 240 digital assets through a partnership with Coinbase Prime.

The move expands Webull’s global footprint, following earlier launches in Brazil, with the company signaling plans to enter more markets in the coming months.

Webull’s return to crypto services in the U.S. marks a shift from 2023, when it suspended operations amid tighter regulations while pursuing a public listing.

The Australian launch comes at a time when the country’s crypto industry has raised concerns about lagging behind global markets due to the lack of clear regulatory frameworks.
