Microsoft Boosts Dividend and Unveils $60 Billion Share Repurchase Program

Microsoft shares are up after the company announced a 10% increase in its quarterly dividend to 83 cents per share, payable on December 12 to shareholders recorded by November 21.

Additionally, Microsoft’s board approved a new share repurchase program allowing the company to buy back up to $60 billion of its stock, with no expiration date and the option to terminate at any time.
