The cryptocurrency market has entered another bearish wave, with Bitcoin briefly falling below $109,000 before rebounding above $110,000. The total market capitalization slipped under $3.9 trillion, marking one of the weakest points in weeks.
Ethereum dropped more than $550 from its recent all-time high, now trading near $4,400. Other major altcoins, including SOL, DOGE, and LINK, also saw daily declines of 5–8%. Chainlink led the downturn, sliding over 8% to $23.
Bitcoin dominance has risen to 56.6% as investors retreat from altcoins, underscoring a sharp shift in sentiment. Over $300 million in liquidations were recorded in a single day, reflecting the market’s volatility.
